bron lindsey • executive chef
chef bron lindsey has experience working in some of nashville’s most celebrated kitchens. the Louisiana native graduated with a BA in the culinary arts from the john folse culinary institute in thibodaux, before moving to the nashville-area to begin his culinary career. as part of the opening team at puckett’s grocery and restaurant in franklin, he also held positions at the palm steak house and caffé nonna, before starting at the acclaimed hattie b’s hot chicken. bron was in the hattie b’s kitchen for 4 ½ years, serving as chef de cuisine for 3 of those years. during that time, he cooked at notable events across the country, including at the james beard house, the forbes 30 under 30 summit, the world food championships, and a variety of festivals.
in march 2018, he joined the team at adele’s as executive sous chef before being promoted to executive chef in January 2019. as executive chef, bron strives for a collaborative kitchen that allows for everyone’s input.
in his spare time, bron donates his time cooking at charity events that allow him to cook with his respected peers. a father of three, he also enjoys teaching his children about food and helping them discover new ideas.
alex lister • general manager
growing up in rural illinois, alex first got her introduction to restaurants at a local pizza joint called monical’s pizza where she spent 5 years. from there, she dabbled in hr at both target and willis for a few years, developing skills in training, development, and the hands-on aspects of managing people. in 2012, alex desired a change of scenery and moved to nashville where she re-entered the restaurant world at bricktops as a front of house manager. she continued her career in the hospitality industry, finally ending up at adele’s as associate manager in late 2017. her success in this role allowed her to be promoted to assistant general manager within a year, and now general manager in early 2019. she is thrilled to take on this new role and is excited to continue to take adele’s and their staff to the next level in nashville’s expanding food scene.
kim brostowin • catering and events director
kim brostowin is the catering and events director at adele’s, a farm-to-fork restaurant offering new american dishes located in nashville, tennessee. drawing from her upbringing in houston and san antonio, kim has worked in the hospitality and customer service industries since the age of 16. she has done everything from hosting, serving, bartending, training, sales and managing. kim spent 5 years working in the food & beverage department at two different marriott hotels, which is where she really began to understand how to succeed in the industry. in 2013, kim moved to nashville and became general manager at a local pub in town. shortly after, however, she found a home at adele’s and took on the role as the catering and events director. her current position combines the best parts of all her former positions and she really enjoys working with such a great team.
pennington pribbenow • chief operating officer
born and raised in birmingham, al, pennington was exposed to some of the country’s best chefs and celebrated restaurants from a very early age. it was clear very early on in his life that he was passionate and interested in the restaurant industry. at the age of fifteen, pennington started working for a group named cm foodservice. cm foodservice was a multi-concept restaurant group with locations throughout the southeast. pennington grew within the company to become a manager and eventual corporate trainer. he attended culinary school at culinard, in birmingham, al.
after college, he became the gm of one of the company’s flagship locations, managing over 8m in annual sales at the age of 25. ahortly thereafter, pennington became a regional and then director within the company, managing and growing the company from 14 to 22 locations. pennington re-located to charlotte, nc, as a vice president of operations, to continue the company growth up the east coast of the us. he eventually relocated to nashville, with his husband kyle, and son, cayden, and joined howard greenstone and celebrity chef jonathan waxman to open and operate its new nashville based restaurant named adele’s. over the last five plus years, pennington has grown with red pebbles hospitality, becoming a director of operations in 2015, managing partner in 2017, and chief executive officer in the summer of 2019.
